THE PROCESS AND FAQS

The Process

  • After our initial emails, I will then be in touch to arrange a scheduled call or continue our discussion via email if you prefer so we can discuss your design ideas whether that is from my house collections or a bespoke design.

  • I will then ask for you to complete a booking form confirming all of your personal details and the details ofyour order. We will also discuss a date you would like to book into my diary.

Once finalised, your deposit payment invoice will be sent to you via email, usually £50 or 50% depending on the total of your order, along with my terms and conditions document.

One week before your diary date I will email you to request the wording you would like to use for your stationery, I have a guide to help you with this.

  • An initial digital proof will be emailed to you for approval from this point we can make any changes if needed until you are happy with your design

  • Your final payment will then be due before sending your stationery to print, your printed copies will then be checked before sending onto you.

  • You should expect your printed copies within 4 weeks depending on if there are any additional final touches to add. A more accurate timescale will be given to you at the time.

FAQS

Can I order samples?

Absolutely! Ordering samples is a wonderful way to experience the beauty of our stationery firsthand. Share your highlights from our signature collection and I can send you some items based on those! These are chargeable, and the price will be confirmed when requested.

Are envelopes included?

All signature collections include envelopes! For bespoke items we can discuss the pricing in detail as these packages are built based on what you are looking for!

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum order, is 30

How many invitations do I need?

The best way to figure out how many invites you require is to count all households & couples on your guest list, and order 1 for each of those. Order a handful on top of that for any surprises and keepsakes, and for your photographer to capture. Usually this amounts to about 60% of your total guests.

When should I send my save the dates?

If your wedding is abroad, the longer you give your guests the more likely they are to be able to make it on your special day! For UK weddings, I recommend 12-18 months before the wedding, as your invites will go out about 6 months before. This way your closest friends and family will be there to share your special day!

What is the difference between an invite and a save the date?

Save the dates are a note to say please put this really important date in your diary because we love and want to share the day with you! Invites are more detailed, and are usually ready to send about 6 months before the wedding as you will have the information and timings by then!

When should I order my on the day stationery?

I would suggest, around 12-10 weeks before your wedding day!

Can I see the final design before you make it?

Bespoke orders are designed for you, and we will go through exactly what it is you like and I will send a final design before printing. For the signature collections, you will also receive an initial design and have opportunity to tweak this.

Do you have a price list?

Yes! Please enquire via the contact form and I can send you a detailed brochure with all the information you need including prices!
